Why: Min. Hilary Muhammad, the London representative of Min. Louis Farrakhan, and UK attorneys who argued for lifting the ban that prevented Min. Farrakhan from visiting the United Kingdom will address the press about the case and the anticipation of Blacks and others for an expected visit to the region by Min. Farrakhan. On July 31, a High Court Judge in London lifted the ban that prevented Min. Farrakhan from visiting the United Kingdom.
