Vending Information for Saviours’ Day Vending Expo

Thank you so very much for your desire to be a Vendor for our Historic Saviours’ Day Celebration on Thursday, February 23rd thru Sunday, February 26th 2012.

We are planning for one of the most historic celebrations in Our Nation’s History and your support will add to the beauty and the majesty of this historic event. The Vending Expo at the Beautiful and Vendor Friendly Donald E. Stephens Convention Center will provide a tremendous opportunity for you to showcase your merchandise to a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic crowd of thousands for Three full days.

The application process is very simple and you can be assured that we will do our very best to satisfy every single vendor from beginning to end.

Please take a moment and fill out the Vendor Application with as much detailed information as possible. You will receive a confirmation of payment once the application is completed in full.

The basic Vendor information is as follows:

Special Note:

• Unfortunately, No Food or Beverage Vending Allowed.
• Booth Sound Levels will be monitored this year for those using speakers and or television monitors. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

Booth Pricing, Description & Information

• VVending Booth for Three full days for the price of only $400.00. This price includes Vending on Thursday, February 23rd thru Saturday February 25th 2012 at The Rosemont Convention Center.

• Vending Booth includes an 8X10 Vending Area, 8 Foot Skirted Table, Two Chairs, Vendor Booth Sign and an Official Vendor Badge, and most of all, an enthusiastic audience of thousands to support each of us on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.

Vendor Load-In Information

• Vendor Load in Day will be on Thursday, February 23rd at 9am. Early LOAD IN IS ENCOURAGED.

• The Second and Final Vendor Load In Day will be on Friday, Feb. 24th beginning at 9am.

• Electricity is available for the price of $190.00 per outlet. You can pay for it now and we will ensure that your outlet is provided.

• The Stephens Convention Center is located @ 5555 North River Road in Rosemont, IL 60018. Exact Load in dock will be given to you the week prior to the event.

• Also please know that you may leave your products in your booth for all Three Days, as we will provide 24 hour security for your convenience.

Vending Hours are as follows:

• Thursday:    9am-11pm
• Friday:        9AM - 11pm.
• Saturday:    8am-10pm.


Vendor break down and close out will be on Saturday, February 25th at 10p.m. We must be completely out of the Building by 12am.
